Rob Klein
In addition to working as a Senior Consultant with Brand=Experience,
Rob’s 18 year commitment to and passion for healthcare
marketing research led him to form Klein & Partners.
Over that time, Rob has provided research and brand consulting
to many leading hospital, system, and health plan brands
in the country.
Rob represents strategic counsel well beyond the numbers.
Rob’s specific areas of research and consulting
expertise include: brand management and measurement;
market segmentation; communications evaluation and measurement;
customer experience measurement; and product and service
development.
Key positions at leading research firms over 24 years
has provided Rob with the background and experience
needed to bring his own vision to life. Prior to
forming Klein & Partners,
he was SVP at comScore Networks, one of the most advanced
Internet research companies in the country and SVP and
Managing Director of the Chicago office of TNS (formerly
Elrick & Lavidge), the second largest marketing research
firm in the world. He also was VP at Market Strategies
where he started the healthcare division.
His
solid academic background forms the foundation for his
work. He has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing
and a Master’s degree in advertising, both
from Michigan State University. He has also taught
graduate
level marketing research at Michigan State.

In addition to being a consultant
with Brand=Experience, Elizabeth B. Simpson is a principal
in Bentley-Simpson Consulting, LLC, specializing in Executive
Coaching, Strategic Planning and Executive Team Building.
She addresses these and other Human Resources management
initiatives for non-profit and for-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Bentley-Simpson Consulting, LLC, she
held the position of Senior Vice President for Human
Resources, Corporate Staff at Aetna Inc. in Hartford,
CT. She also worked in a variety of senior management
roles with The Travelers Companies. Additionally, she
adds to her professional expertise international business
management experience where she works between Europe
and Asia as Executive Director for the United Service
Organizations (USO).
Involved in many community organizations, she serves
as a board member and treasurer of the National Sickle
Cell Disease Association of Baltimore, Maryland.
Ms. Simpson earned a Master of Arts degree in Human
Resources Management with a concentration in Management
and Supervision from Central Michigan University and
earned her Bachelor's degree in English and French from
Paine College in Augusta, GA.
Robin Segbers
Robin Segbers has 25 years
developing brand strategy in healthcare and other
consumer goods industries. She is passionate about
implementing
brand strategy to fulfill the promise made to internal
and external and external audiences.
Most recently, Robin served as a Senior
Consultant in a healthcare strategy consulting firm,
after having
spent years in increasingly responsible roles within
advertising agency ranks. She has extensive knowledge
and experience with setting and implementing brand
strategies in both consumer goods and healthcare.
Robin received her MBA from Ohio State University
and her Bachelor of Arts in Consumer Services from
Kent State University.
Ken Frager
Ken Frager has more than
20 years experience providing marketing communications,
public relations and public affairs support and leadership
to a full-spectrum of healthcare and not-for-profit
organizations. In his most recent role with Johns
Hopkins Medicine, Ken was responsible for driving
a range of marketing communications services for
several critical clinical services, including ophthalmology
and cardiovascular.
Ken’s
experience includes leading communications for a
large community hospital, leadership communications
and marketing for various aspects of academic medical
systems, and managing healthcare accounts for Hill
and Knowlton, an international marketing communications
and public relations agency. He also has been involved
with identity campaigns, legislative grassroots advocacy
efforts, financial and technical issues education,
and local, regional, and national media relations
for the Maryland Hospital Association.
Ken
is a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax,
Virginia, where he received a Bachelor’s degree
in photojournalism. He is a member of the American
College of Healthcare Executives and has been a certified
member of the Society for Health Care Strategies
and Market Development of the American Hospital Association,
serving on the board for the Washington, DC and Maryland
local affiliated societies.
